Accessing "Employee Only" Menu on Most Nokia Cell Phones

On most software versions of Nokia cell phones there is a secret menu that is used for administrative purposes and is easy to get at if you know the code.
Step one: Turn the cell phone on.
Step two: Press "*3001#12345#" this will bring up a menu that starts off with "NAM 1"
Step three: Play around but be careful, there are a lot of things in here that can be traced back to YOUR account. One of them is "field test" just stay away from that.
Step four: To exit the menu you have to turn the phone off and back on again.
