1 or 2 (might want an extra, they break if you drop them) cloudy light bulbs (theyre lower quality, so they're easier to disassemble)

Ok so first you're going to take your light bulb and your knife, and cut off the little metal bump at the bottom of the light bulb. Next you take your knife and try to dig out as much of the black/green (depending on the light bulb) stuff as you can, but be careful not to break the bulb. Eventually you'll get to the inner glass part of the bulb (with the wire attatched) and you need to break that off. Now shake it around and get all of the debris out of the bulb.

Take your knife now and cut the water bottle about an inch below the cap, cutting the top off. Take your pen and poke a hole through the cap that the pen can fit through, but wont slide in and out easily.

Tape the severed bottle top to the open bottom of the bulb, by the inch or so of plastic (not the cap!!!). Disassemble your pen so you have the tube part separated and put it in the hole.

Now just twist the cap off, put in your bud, put it back on and you're ready to blaze! (hold the flame under the bulb, dont light your weed directly)
