I am a D.C. resident who was headed to work one afternoon. I was crossing the Wilson bridge when trafic began to slow down. I thought there was an accident ahead. I look to my left and out of nowhere comes a pair of jet black helicopters.

I thought they may have been news copters, but there was no accident. I began to think what the hell is going on. I live in the area and there is always something in the air, but i have never seen those copters before. When i came across the article on your site I began to think w.t.f. is going on. So for what it's worth the copters do exist and something doesen't smell right...
