How To: Makeshift Launcher

Step 1. Obtain a long tube. If you cannot find one, 3-4 Toilet Paper rolls stuck together are an alternative.
2. Buy a balloon. A pack from you're local shop is good enough.
3. Get you're balloon, and cut the top part away with a pair of scissors.
4. Place the decapitated balloon onto the end of the tube. It should fit securely. Sellotape it down. Place the ring you chopped off around this, and stick this down too. This keeps the balloon locked in place.
5. Find a stone. Put it into the launcher, Pull back the balloon and bombs away!
Alternative Devices:
1. Find another tube, shorter and thinner than you're original tube.
2. Get yourself a baggie, or something close to that. You can fill this with any sick, smelly or corrosive liquids you feel like.
3. Stuff this into the smaller tube.
4. Shove a small, spherical object into the bottom of the tube, to prevent the substance falling out.
5. Load it up, and fire!
Other items can be used, you have to experiment.
