Sprit Guides Communicating to Us

Does anyone know any more about spirit guides and how they communicate to us? From what I read they communicate to some of us through messages such as looking at the time and seeing numbers.

For me I was thinking and look right at the clock and it said 5:55 right when I was thinking of a serious thought. It also related to what this one website says the number means.

One can't argue with that--I have read and accept as true that all the power, wisdom, love and compassion you will ever need is within--you only have to go within and find it, own it, use it. What's more, if you do not go within, you will surely go without.

so it happen to me again. It seems like it has been happening more. I had a strange dream and I thought to myself this dream was wierd. Then I automaticly looked at the clock and seen 3:33. I did not go looking for it. it was just there. the spirt that is giving me the message agrees that the dream I had was weird.

Well I don't know what it is all I know that is has happened a few times and it is in sync. I don't know what else to call it or even what is it. It does feel good however to have somthing to believe it can be.
