Getting glimpses of spirits...

Ok, well recently i have been seeing what i think are spirits out of the corner of my eye, when i wake up, and when i think about something i shouldnt. What does it mean? Also the i see the spirits in different colors, if that means anything to anyone.


Please post with some info if you know anything.
