i was experimenting with my subconscious and mind lately thinking and visualizing myself doing things i want to do in real life sort of like meditating and seeing/feeling/experiencing as i go to bed just for fun to see if i would get any results, and i was doing this as i fell asleep i fell into that state thats in between real sleep and falling asleep then it gets so hard to concentrate on what your thinking on and you stray off topic easier but i think that is the state of mind im looking for to implement these thought commands, how can i balence myself and keep myself in that state to concentrate on vizualizing the things i want? am i even doing this right ?
