Every so often i look up at my clock to see the time and it has jumped forward an hour and i have to manually move it back.
Any ideas?
Here's one idea:
The battery inside your Mac that controls the clock when powered off is low or about to die. It's called the PRAM Battery. What model of Mac do you have? Most desktops use a 3.6 volt battery. Here is a short list of batteries: http://eshop.macsales.com/search/PRAM+Battery
Peace.

Its a MacBook Pro...
15inch
2.33ghz
2GB
etc..
New MacBook Pro huh? Thats weird. Try this:
Hold down Command-Option-P-R (each of these keys) then press the power button to boot up.
You'll hear the boot chime, but it won't boot up. Continue to hold down the keys. It'll reboot. Let it do this 2 times (hold down the keys till you hear 2 boot chimes). After the 2nd one, let go the keys and boot normally. This will reset Parameter RAM (PRAM) and Non-Volatile RAM (NVRAM).
You'll probably have to set date & time again though.
Peace.

If all else fails you could just set you time zone back one.

Looks like its working so far!
If it persists, I've noticed that sometimes OS X has a problem with the time when it doesn't have your proc's FSB identified correctly. Mostly this is a problem with OSx86 boxes using unkown procs.. but if it persists, simply open System Profiler and make sure that the FSB is detected correctly.
