Where to go in San Jose, CA?

I'm flying out to San Jose tommorow to visit my sister and she told me to bring a list of things to do. Now, I'm already going to chinatown, fishermans wharf, and north beach in SF, but I need things to do In and around San Jose. Any suggestions?

Go to the ferry terminal in SF and watch the sun rise over the bay bridge.
