Well im 15. 5'9 140ish pounds. Iv'e been lifting since the beggining of this summer. When I weighed 130. So my question is if i want to make faster gains should i be lifting heavy weights with less reps or lighter weights with more reps. Theres also the question of not fucking up my bone plates/spine. Im doing all of this lifting for strength and performance in other sports.
