I looked on eBay but cannot find one. I just bought this big ass antenna capable of reciving up 2 1400mHz. Execpt I also need the radio part. Where can I find one, and how much will one cost?

If you can't find a scanner on Ebay i serioulsy don't know where you are looking.

Look for Uniden, Yaesu, Icom, Alinco, Realistic, Kenwood on Ebay or visit these companies websites.

You want a reciever that goes to 1.4 ghz under $100? That's not going to be easy to find. Antennas for frequencies like that are usually small, not large.

Call ham radio outlet about an IC-q7a, It's a ham transciever that has the same hardware as the ic-r5, but icom switched the software so you could only scan limited ranges, If you get the programming cable you can open up the RX range, and it's only about $110. Also check gigaparts.com, they might have it cheaper. Just search the fucking web.
